Lindblad Expeditions is seeking a Specialist, Additional Services to manage guest requests for hotel stays, internal air, and upgrades. You will liaise with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely communication, inventory accuracy, and flawless execution of guest services.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting guests and travel advisors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel, hospitality, guest services, reservations, or related operations.
• Experience managing time-sensitive guest requests involving reservations, inventory, upgrades, cancellations, or service changes.
• Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate services and resolve issues.
• Ability to manage inventory commitments, deadlines, cancellations, and/or contractual terms while minimizing exposure.
• Experience preparing and reviewing detailed operational reports, manifests, or similar documentation where accuracy is critical.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Manage and confirm guest requests for additional cruise services (hotel stays, internal air, upgrades) promptly.
• Act as liaison between the Additional Services team and external vendors; coordinate upgrades, cancellations, and inventory updates.
• Generate, review, and distribute detailed manifests and hotel/air service documents to vendors and partners.
• Collaborate with Seaware Analysts and Voyage Project Managers to implement changes and ensure accurate guest records.
