Kamaxi Overseas is seeking a Cabin Host to join our hotel operations aboard our vessel. You will provide exceptional in-cabin service, maintain cleanliness, and assist Sailors with requests, while ensuring all cabins meet the quality standards aboard turnarounds.

Minimum two years of cabin attendant/steward experience on cruise ships or four/five-star hotels is required, along with STCW certificates and strong command of English.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of Cabin Attendant/Steward experience on cruise ships or 4/5-star hotels.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• STCW certification as required by position.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains cabin cleanliness and sanitation.
• Prepares cabins per daily setup and embarkation requirements.
• Handles Sailors laundry and delivers items to/from laundry.
• Replenishes minibar, supplies, and bathroom items.
• Acts on Sailors’ requests promptly and notifies supervisor as needed.
• Assists with luggage delivery to cabins and embarks procedures.
• Assists Sailors on embarkation day, locating and accessing cabins.
• Strips and remakes beds; manages linen and related duties.
• Provides room service and related services to Sailors.
• Reports damaged or missing items to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
• Interacts daily with Sailors, delivering outstanding service.
