Silversea is seeking a housekeeping professional to maintain high standards aboard our luxury cruise ships. You will clean public areas, crew spaces, officer cabins, and restrooms, and provide cabin services including turn-down and laundry support.

With at least two years of experience, you will handle chemicals and inventory, assist with embarkation/disembarkation, and ensure sanitation compliance while delivering excellent guest service and maintaining professional standards.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience in upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas, crew areas, officer cabins, and restrooms.
• Provides cabin services including turn-down service and laundry/valet support.
• Handles cleaning chemicals, equipment, and inventory control.
• Supports ship operations during embarkation/disembarkation and guest assistance.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and company policies.
• Delivers excellent guest service and communicates professionally with guests and crew.
• Participates in training, teamwork, and onboarding of new staff.
• Assists with maintenance, reports equipment issues, and promotes cost awareness.
• Upholds grooming standards and company code of conduct.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
• Additional language skills, particularly Spanish, are preferred.
