Job summary

World Oil Corp. in California seeks a Weighmaster to manage shipping and receiving of crude and products, approve loading, monitor racks, and report discrepancies to the refinery team.

You will operate pumps and valves, complete safety training, document reports, and ensure proper product formulation according to workflow.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of related experience.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Manages shipping and receiving of Crude, Naphtha, and Light Diesel Oil.
• Runs samples and records temperature and gravity.
• Approves truck loading and off-loading.
• Monitors loading racks and ensures proper off-loading by drivers.
• Reports discrepancies on manifest paperwork daily.
• Operates pumps, valves, and controls; follows safety procedures.
• Completes training on Pumps and Process Safety, including Lockout/Tag-Out.
• Documents daily activities for shift supervisor.
• Ensures proper product formulation per workflow protocol.
