Responsibilities

• Collect product samples for routine laboratory analyses.
• Document weighing and sampling in shift log and ensure accurate data entry.
• Complete structured shift turnover and review daily notes for tasks.
• Verify truck compliance with safety/environmental standards in the scale area.
• Safely complete all tasks with no spills, releases, or incidents.
• Provide courteous interaction with drivers during weighing and sampling.
• Notify supervisors of operational or compliance concerns.

This role will ensure accurate recording of weights, collect product samples, and ensure compliance with refinery and regulatory requirements. Weighmasters perform significant outdoor work, interact with truck drivers, and coordinate with operations to maintain safe and efficient product transfer.
