Job summary

Collaborate with offshore resources, schedulers, and traders to reflect positions in the accounting records; serve as a backup reviewer for DEW requests and assist with resolutions. Month-end close support and process improvements are key components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years in volumetric accounting or inventory analyst role.
• Crude or NGL experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify Crude Trading and Supply transactions in SAP S4.
• Run SAP S4 reports to monitor inventory builds/draws and analyze data monthly.
• Collaborate with offshore resources, schedulers, and traders to reflect positions in accounting records.
• Review DEW requests and assist with resolutions; back up reviewer as needed.
• Support nominations troubleshooting in SAP and provide resolutions.
• Prepare reconciliation summaries for management review.
• Track trends and issues affecting inventory accuracy; propose improvements.
• Assist with month-end close and process improvements in scheduling.
