Job summary

NSB Omega in Houston, TX is seeking a Scheduling Analyst - Crude for our Oil & Gas client. You will ensure accurate scheduling of crude movements and work closely with Schedulers and Accounting to keep SAP nominations up to date.

The role involves running SAP S4 reports, performing accruals, reviewing discrepancies, and supporting with troubleshooting when nominations do not yield expected inventory effects. Strong Excel and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure volumetric accuracy of scheduled product movements.
• Update SAP nominations and perform manual accruals.
• Run SAP S4 inventory reports to monitor builds/draws.
• Collaborate with offshore schedulers/traders to reflect positions in accounting.
• Review DEW requests and resolve discrepancies.
• Serve as backup reviewer for DEW when a scheduler is out of the office.
• Assist with troubleshooting nominations that affect inventory in SAP.
• Prepare reconciliation reports for management reviews.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements.
• Assist during high-intensity periods such as month-end close.
