Job summary

ONEOK, Inc in Dallas, TX is seeking a professional to perform advanced work in nominations, confirmations, scheduling and month-end closing for our Crude Oil Gathering assets.

You will collaborate with operations control, customers and internal teams to manage crude movements, allocations, flow rates and related reporting. A Bachelor's degree and experience in scheduling, inventory management and customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; technical discipline preferred.
• Experience in scheduling crude oil pipelines, nominations, allocations, and month-end closing.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.
• Ability to read contracts, reports, tariffs, and government regulations.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Initiate schedules for crude movements to ensure monthly nominations.
• Interact with operations control center representatives, customers, and external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams on analysis, development and implementation of projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze reports including allocations, nominations, flow, and end-of-month closing.
