Job summary

ONEOK, a Fortune 500 midstream leader, seeks a professional to manage nominations, confirmations, scheduling and month-end closing for crude oil gathering assets in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with operations centers, customers and internal teams to optimize flows, allocations and related reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and experience in scheduling, inventory management and analysis of contracts and tariffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in scheduling Crude Oil pipelines and related processes.
• Knowledge of tariffs, government regulations, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Initiate schedules for crude movements to fill nominations monthly.
• Interact with control centers, operators, customers and partners on nominations, allocations, billing, and schedules.
• Collaborate with internal teams on future projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze allocations, nominations, flow, storage balances, and related reports.
• Review end-of-month closing processes.
