Responsabilités

• Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans.
• Provide full-time recovery and support services to consumers.
• Participate in discharge planning meeting to coordinate discharge services.
• Group counseling to address issues related to wellness and recovery.
