Come join us.”Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS)Minimum 21 years of ageHigh school graduate or GED certificateBasic computer skillsCRSS required, defined as Certified Recovery Support Specialist by the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association.Experience in the field of services with adults or children with psychiatric needs.Experience with the SMHRF Provider's structure preferred.Experienced CRSS preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing.Ability to physically and emotionally assist in emergency situations including behavioral emergencies, facility evacuations, etc.
