Responsibilities

• Provide strength-based ongoing consumer services for behavioral health needs based on the consumer’s goals.
• Assist individuals to develop recovery plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Follow the CRSS code of ethics when providing support services.
• Mentor, provide group support, and teach self-advocacy and motivation.
• Facilitate groups and activities educating on daily living skills, coping skills, and community resources.
• Link consumers to mental health services and programs, including psychiatric services and medication management.
• Identify supports to meet each individual’s needs and deliver high-quality care appropriate to their age and education level.
