Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate peer support to individuals in mental health crisis situations.
• Respond to crisis calls with a partner and work as a team.
• Collaborate with individuals to develop a personalized recovery plan.
• Teach problem-solving and coping strategies to overcome fears.
• Assist participants in identifying recovery goals and wellness objectives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess high-risk indicators.
• Conduct outreach and connect participants to community resources.
• Provide follow-up to ensure engagement with services.
• Complete all necessary documentation.
