Qualifications

• CRSS within 2 years – IAODAPCA
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and professional presentation
• Proficiency in computer programs including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strength-based consumer services for behavioral health needs based on consumer goals.
• Assist individuals to develop recovery plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide mentoring, group support, and teach self-advocacy and motivation.
• Facilitate groups and activities educating on daily living skills, coping skills, and wellness resources.
• Coordinate with ERS for additional assessment and services when needed.
• Provide linkage to mental health services including psychiatric care and medication management.
