Job summary

Vantive is seeking a Clinical Commercial Support professional to expand CRRT therapy across hospital accounts in the Maryland, Virginia, and Central PA regions. You will drive growth, build deep relationships with nephrology, pulmonary, and critical care teams, and lead in CRRT service expertise.

The role requires RN/BSN or equivalent medical device experience, 2+ years of medical device sales, and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• RN, BSN preferred with 3+ years in critical care (ICU/ED) or 8+ years in medical devices/training.
• 2+ years sales experience in medical devices or CRRT delivery in hospital ICU settings.
• Experience selling to Capital Equipment markets; knowledge of consultative selling to physicians/hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Grow CRRT therapy in contracted accounts and focus on high growth potential accounts within territory.
• Collaborate with Territory Business Manager to set strategic goals for therapy utilization and territory growth.
• Develop consultative relationships with key stakeholders to promote therapy development and provide customer service.
• Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned accounts.
• Educate and train critical care staff on CRRT portfolio and therapies.
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities within current customer base.
• Lead incremental machine sales and CRRT product penetration.
• Enhance therapy utilization and communicate Vantive value in critical care.
• Assist Clinical Educator – CRRT with logistics and trainings at customer sites.
• Support in contract negotiations with TBM.
