Job summary

Vantive is seeking an Acute Clinical Educator based in the Austin/San Antonio/Houston area to educate clinicians on our Renal product line. You will travel 60–80% to facilities, provide CRRT/TPE training, and support implementation with cross‑functional teams.

You bring an RN license, 3+ years in Critical Care/CRRT, and strong product knowledge. Travel, lifting, and driving are required; MSN preferred and driver’s license essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; MSN preferred.
• Travel 60%–80%.
• Minimum of three years Critical Care or CRRT experience.
• PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred; ICU or Dialysis background.
• Strong product and therapy knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to move CRRT equipment and lift up to 25 lbs; travel for extended distances.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation, education, and training on Vantive’s Renal product portfolio.
• Educate facilities in CRRT and TPE; document solutions; build cross‑functional relationships.
• Offer therapy, technical and operation consultation during post‑implementation phases; on‑site training; conduct in‑services and presentations.
• Prepare weekly calendar updates; maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with Sales to prioritize account education based on ROI and roadmap.
• Coordinate resources; track progress; manage budget; stay current with industry trends.
• Support Sales/Marketing with requests; participate in meetings; submit timely reports.
