Job summary

Vantive is seeking a clinical and commercial support specialist to expand CRRT services in hospital settings across Texas. You will drive patient-centered therapy adoption and coordinate with Territory Business Manager to meet account needs while building relationships with physicians, nurses and admins.

Responsibilities include leading CRRT product penetration, training, and assisting in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• BSN plus 3 years’ experience or RN with critical care background; total 6+ years preferred.
• Experience selling to Hemodynamic/Patient Monitoring and Capital Equipment.
• 2+ years sales in medical devices; CRRT in ICU setting preferred.
• Strong product and therapy knowledge; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Grow CRRT therapy in existing accounts and focus on high-potential territory
• Collaborate with Territory Business Manager to understand needs and champions
• Develop consultative role and provide customer service to current base
• Lead for incremental machine sales and CRRT product penetration
• Coordinate activities with TBM to ensure strategy continuity
• Identify growth and expansion opportunities within territory
• Build relationships with key healthcare professionals in accounts
• Enhance therapy utilization and demonstrate Vantive value in acute care
• Assist in logistics and trainings at customer locations
• Support contract negotiations with TBM
