Vantive is a vital organ therapy company expanding its dialysis-focused digital solutions and services. The Acute Clinical Educator role focuses on education and training for facilities using our Renal product portfolio, with extensive travel to client sites.

The position requires an RN license, 3+ years in Critical Care/CRRT, and a willingness to travel 60–80%. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MSN preferred. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits accompany this field‑based role.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MSN preferred.
• Considerable travel 60% - 80%
• Minimum of three years Critical Care or CRRT experience required.
• PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred; ICU or Dialysis nursing background.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation, education, and training on Vantive’s Renal product portfolio.
• Provide ongoing education for CRRT and TPE; document and provide written solutions for client use; collaborate with internal and external teams.
• Conduct on-site customer training; continually sharpen therapy and presentation skills; deliver scientific/technical discussions on CRRT.
• Prepare weekly calendar updates; manage customer satisfaction and loyalty; coordinate account education with sales team.
• Analyze progress, manage resources and budgets; adhere to policies; stay updated on multi-organ therapies relevant to the role.
