Job summary

• Evaluates patients and develops an appropriate plan of care with measurable goals and discharge plan.
• Maintains accurate documentation and billing within established timeframes.
• Confers with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge needs.
• Writes updates, participates in rounds, and mentors therapy assistants and staff.
