Job summary

The ideal candidate will influence senior stakeholders, drive organizational change, and oversee programs with 7–20 million USD impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in program or project management within complex environments.
• Certifications such as PgMP®, PMP®, PMI‑ACP®, or SAFe® Agile strongly preferred.
• Recognized leader in the project/program management community.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs with multiple projects.
• Define scope, strategy, objectives, milestones, and success criteria with executives and sponsors.
• Build and maintain program roadmaps and resource plans.
• Drive governance across programs with metrics and accountability.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities using analytical insights.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks.
• Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders and executive reporting.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by synthesizing program data and trade-offs.
• Lead program retrospectives to capture lessons and improve execution.
• Champion organizational change management and ensure adoption of deliverables.
