Job summary

You will support multiple departments—bakery, dairy, grocery, floral—and perform stocking, price tagging, inventory checks, and displays while adhering to SOPs and food safety standards. Commitment to flexible shifts and strong communication is essential; 18+ and 6+ months store operations

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in H-E-B Store operations.
• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of computer systems (Symbol, ACR, label machine) is required.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Verbal / written communication and reading skills are required.
• Ability to adapt to performing a wide range of duties across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions, take orders, assist with product selection.
• Works across multiple departments including packaging, stocking, rotation, production, and sanitation.
• Stocking, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and display maintenance across total store.
• Complies with SOPs, policies, and applicable laws.
