Qualifications

• Requires 6+ months in H-E-B Store operations.
• Knowledge of Symbol, ACR, label machine.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to duties across multiple departments.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
• Education: HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide general customer service and sales support across multiple departments.
• Perform stocking, rotation, merchandising, and replenishment tasks.
• Assist with inventory control and product loading/unloading.
• Help with product announcements and front-end check duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with store SOPs and safety standards.
• Support various departments including bakery, floral, and market as needed.
