Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support assessments and remediation across acquired sites, coordinating security, technology, infrastructure and business teams to maintain momentum and drive accountability.

You will develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, RAID and remediation logs, schedule working sessions, document decisions, and escalate risks as needed while ensuring owners meet target dates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience maintaining project plans, action logs, RAID logs, schedules, or other PM documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and translate discussions into clear decisions, actions, owners, and next steps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and remediation activities across acquired sites.
• Manage cross-functional activities involving technical, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action trackers, remediation logs, schedules, and status reporting.
• Track assessment activities, findings, decisions, dependencies, risks, and remediation actions through completion.
• Establish owners and target dates for actions and ensure follow-through.
