Job summary

Hayes Company/Knight-Swift Warehousing and Fulfillment in Dallas, TX seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate and drive initiatives across Logistics, Operations, IT, HR and more. You will manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with goals and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of PM experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PM software such as MS Project, Asana or Jira, with CAPM/PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; master’s preferred.
• 2–4 years of PM experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in warehousing or 3PL environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed plans, timelines, and documentation to manage progress.
• Collaborate with department leaders to define requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate team communication for alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning for roadblocks.
• Deliver updates and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support process improvements, system implementations, and policy rollouts.
• Assist change management to adopt new processes or technologies.
• Continuously improve PM tools, templates, and processes.
