Job summary

Hayes Co. is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives across warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment.

The role oversees enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and facility technology buildouts, with 100% onsite work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The candidate will coordinate resources, vendors, and stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience managing technology projects, including software and infrastructure.
Experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
Develop charters, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reporting.
Coordinate resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams to meet objectives.
Manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Provide regular status updates to IT leadership and executives.
