Job summary

Hayes Company is seeking a Director of Corporate Projects & Real Estate in Dallas. You will own the project delivery and commercial real estate across the network, driving startup, relocation, and closure of facilities while safeguarding budgets, schedules, and customer commitments.

You will lead governance, stage gates, and executive reporting, partnering with Legal, Finance, Operations, and IT to ensure facilities meet operational readiness and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, engineering, real estate, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience delivering capital, construction, facility, or supply chain projects.
• Experience opening/relocating warehouses and negotiating LOIs, leases, and tenant improvements.
• Onsite Dallas HQ, 25% travel; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project portfolio and real estate activities end to end.
• Develops strategic roadmaps with defined scope, budgets, and milestones.
• Manages multiple concurrent projects with risk and governance.
• Oversees startup, relocation, and closure of facilities.
