You will manage project lifecycles from initiation to completion, align with goals, and report to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of project management experience, preferably in warehousing or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of PM principles, tools, and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• CAPM/PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects across the organization, delivering on time, scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines to manage progress and accountability.
• Collaborate with department leaders to define requirements and success criteria.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate team communications for alignment.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning.
• Prepare and share project updates and executive-level presentations.
• Support process improvements and system implementations.
