Job summary

Philips Bothell, WA is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi-discipline projects, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

You will initiate, plan, and execute projects, balance competing constraints, and report progress and risks to senior management, following PBS/PEPF and PMBOK/SAFe frameworks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with a Bachelor’s degree or related Master’s degree.
• Experience supporting or managing projects involving scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, SAFe) and ability to apply standards in business environments.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and execute multi-discipline projects within agreed specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and quality standards.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, and issues across the project lifecycle and optimize the business case.
• Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, manage expectations, provide progress/risk reports to leadership and steering committees.
• Apply Philips project management standards including PBS and PEPF, ensuring projects align with organizational expectations and best practices.
