Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association is seeking a Programs Coordinator to support business leads in the development and maintenance of initiatives, coordinating cross-functional projects and governance activities.

You will help develop roadmaps, track milestones, and report on corporate goals, while providing administrative support to senior executives and ad-hoc projects, including testing functions of new software and delivery platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of project coordination experience.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
• Preferred: knowledge of AI literacy and generative AI tools in a business context.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small-scale cross-functional projects and support larger initiatives.
• Develop governance processes, roadmaps, priorities and success measures.
• Track milestones and report on corporate goals; manage status reports.
• Provide administrative support to executives, meetings, and ad-hoc projects.
