Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator to support business leads in developing and maintaining initiatives. The role coordinates cross-functional projects, tracks milestones, and supports governance activities across the organization.

The candidate will assist in delivering initiatives, testing new software, and preparing governance roadmaps, while supporting executives with scheduling and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Effective communication, written and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small-scale cross-functional projects and support larger-scale initiatives.
• Oversee coordination and status reporting of cross-functional project work and governance activities.
• Track corporate goals and milestones; report on progress and provide status updates.
• Support delivery of initiatives and resolve issues through design, development, and implementation.
• Test functions of new software and delivery platforms; support teams accordingly.
• Coordinate team planning discussions to develop roadmaps, identify priorities, and track success measures.
• Provide administrative support: scheduling, meetings, materials; support ad-hoc projects.
