Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1-5 years experience in project coordination.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts and cross-disciplinary coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Project setup and administrative coordination, including SOP compliance.
• Schedule and budget tracking and invoicing support.
• Contract and documentation management across sub-consultants and clients.
• Stakeholder and client coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Financial review, reporting support and grant lifecycle coordination where applicable.
