Job summary

CPH in Orange Park, FL seeks a Project Coordinator to support project execution by managing contracts, schedules, budgets, and documentation. The PC acts as a bridge between project management and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication with sub-consultants, clients, and internal staff.

Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in learning new systems, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within architecture, engineering or construction.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary project coordination.
• Experience supporting multiple projects, teams, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project setup, coordination, and SOP compliance.
• Track budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Manage contracts and documentation.
