Job summary

CPH in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Project Coordinator to support project execution across civil and municipal initiatives. You will manage contracts, schedules, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder communication, serving as a bridge between project management and cross-functional teams.

The role demands highly organized, detail-oriented professionals who can hit the ground running, learn new systems quickly, and coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent coordination experience.
• 1–5 years of project coordination experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Experience with financial tracking, contracts, and multi-disciplinary project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Setup & Administrative Coordination: maintain records, SOPs, and templates.
• Schedule & Budget Tracking: support budgets, schedules, and invoicing.
• Contract & Documentation Management: lifecycle management and record-keeping.
• Stakeholder & Client Coordination: liaise between teams, clients, and sub-consultants.
• Financial Review & Reporting Support: assist in weekly financial reports and forecasts.
