Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East seeks a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator in Dripping Springs, TX to support program execution, production readiness, engineering changes, and material planning. You will liaise with Program Management, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to keep projects on schedule and resources aligned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required or preferred.
• Experience supporting cross-functional engineering, manufacturing or program-environment projects.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning processes preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, purchasing, and production teams.
• Track milestones and help ensure on-time delivery of objectives.
• Support internal and customer-facing project meetings.
• Drive material readiness and ERP coordination to ensure timely documentation.
• Manage Engineering Change Notices and revisions across departments.
• Maintain project documentation and monitor risks or delays.
