Ideal candidates are organized, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Monday–Friday; salary $55,000–$65,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, inventory management, project coordination, order management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage customer sales orders, purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and support throughout the order process.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and project requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, applications, and performance characteristics.
• Calculate material requirements and product quantities to fulfill orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with sales, production, logistics, and management to ensure project success.
• Track multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
