Commercial Metals Company is seeking an administrative/accounting professional to organize and coordinate plant office duties, while supporting inventory accuracy and vendor requests. You will collaborate with multiple departments and ensure compliance with local regulations.

The role requires strong MS Office skills and independent, solution-driven work habits, with potential for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting or business field.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate administrative / accounting duties and plant office procedures
• Support Plant Manager in maintaining an accurate inventory
• Coordinate with CMC Master Data for new vendor requests or changes
• Support regulatory or compliance activities with local or state entities
• Accurately reviews and approves employee hours thorough the online Kronos time keeping system
• Collaborate in a team environment – Working with Sales, Purchasing, HR, Accounting, Safety and Maintenance departments on a regular basis
• Complete additional duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned.
