Job summary

Rockline Industries, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional commercialization projects from concept to launch.

You will partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to manage timelines, budgets, product launches, and stakeholder communications. You are highly organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented, capable of driving multiple projects while aligning with business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of PM experience, or 4 years with 2 years PM experience.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional commercialization projects from concept through launch.
• Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate product specs, manufacturing trials, site transitions, and artwork approvals.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate supplier transitions and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned.
