Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support, monitor systems, respond to queries, analyze, and resolve issues.
• Provide training to the organization for new and current business systems.
• Identify and address issues with current systems and processes.
• Collaborate with senior analysts to develop scalable solutions with downstream impact.
• Assist in identifying opportunities and participate in process improvement.
• Help define business requirements and scope of new solutions.
• Build relationships with leaders and end users to understand processes and how systems support deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT on solution development and testing of changes.
• Research industry trends and technology advancements as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
