Job summary

recruitAbility is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge Accounting and Technology, with a focus on project costing and asset management. You’ll partner with accounting and IT teams to optimize ERP functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.

The role emphasizes collaboration on process improvement, system configuration, testing, and deployment, while developing reporting and thorough documentation to support finance operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial process knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, Workday, JD Edwards or similar).
• Experience with Project Costing/Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, CIP, capitalization, capital projects, or related accounting processes.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP functionality related to Project Costing, Fixed Assets/Asset Management, and other financial processes

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support financial and accounting systems, with a particular focus on project costing and asset management.

This role sits at the intersection of Accounting and Technology and is ideal for someone who understands accounting processes and enjoys improving the systems behind them.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will partner closely with accounting and technical teams to support ERP functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and implement system enhancements.
