Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale lifecycle from planning through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse and Production.
• Set deadlines to ensure on-time project completion.
• Monitor timelines and identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Prioritize multiple projects within production schedules.
• Create and track project budgets to keep costs within approved limits.
• Foster cross-department relationships and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Production Operations Manager to schedule dates and communicate changes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
