Qualifications
10–15 years of experience in engineering build planning, manufacturing, or operations.
Strong understanding of NPI cycles and material planning systems.
Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end planning and execution of engineering builds.
Lead Build Readiness and Build Execution meetings.
Act as the central point of accountability to ensure successful build execution.
