Job summary

Accurate Personnel LLC is seeking a Cross Dock Supervisor to lead the Cross Dock Department, Shipping/Receiving, and related warehouse operations. You will direct daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure safe, efficient freight movements.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce procedures, and collaborate with management to meet quality, service, and cost objectives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication to motivate and develop teams.
• Experience leading daily cross dock operations with minimal supervision.
• High level of computer proficiency; WMS/ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cross dock, shipping/receiving, and related warehouse ops.
• Assign daily work, monitor productivity, and schedule breaks.
• Coach, train, review performance, and administer corrective actions.
• Enforce safety standards and operational procedures.
• Monitor inbound/outbound freight for timely processing and accuracy.
• Collaborate with management to meet quality and service goals.
