Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. seeks a hands-on Cross Dock Manager for our Aurora, CO location. You will oversee daily cross-dock operations, lead a team of drivers, and ensure safe, timely delivery while driving continuous improvement across our U.S. and Canadian supply chain.

This senior leadership role requires 5+ years in transportation and warehousing, strong coaching skills, and the ability to implement 5S and DOT-compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a specialized profession or equivalent.
• Senior lead or supervisor experience required.
• Extensive experience in transportation and material handling for high-volume warehousing.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and supervise drivers to ensure productivity and safety.
• Ensure safe and timely delivery of invoiced products to customers.
• Review and drive team metrics, conduct observations, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee DOT-compliant fleet maintenance and repairs.
• Communicate with distribution center leaders and customer service on issues.
• Maintain 5S and organized facilities, and generate operational reports.
• Coordinate routes, monitor performance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
