Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a versatile Solutions Specialist to join our cross-department support team. You will configure Salesforce, automate processes, and provide system support across departments.

The role emphasizes learning, data management, and collaboration with Finance, Events, Marketing, and Development to turn needs into scalable technical solutions. A Christian faith aligned with our Statement of Faith is required.

Qualifications

Experience with CRM systems and Salesforce.
Quickly learn new systems, technologies, and processes.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Translate operational needs into practical technical solutions.
Understand system integrations, data flow and automation.
Experience supporting multiple departments.

Responsibilities

Provide systems and technical support across multiple departments.
Partner with Finance, Events, Marketing, Development to translate needs into solutions.
Learn new processes and workflows to provide support in unfamiliar areas.
Serve as a flexible resource for projects and operational needs without a dedicated Solutions Specialist.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
Develop broad organizational knowledge and system expertise.
Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, automations, reports and dashboards.
Ensure data is accurate and consistently managed across systems.
