Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to learn new systems, technologies, and processes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems and technical support across multiple departments.
• Partner with Finance, Events, Marketing, Development to translate needs into system solutions.
• Learn new processes and workflows to support unfamiliar areas.
• Serve as a flexible resource for projects without dedicated specialists.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual work.
• Develop broad organizational knowledge and system expertise.
• Build and maintain Salesforce configurations, automations, and dashboards across functions.
• Ensure data accuracy and manage data across systems.
• Support implementation, testing, and maintenance of new systems.
• Collaborate with technical peers to ensure scalable solutions.
• Support data cleanup, migration, and CRM initiatives.
• Understand data flows across departments and systems.
• Serve as a supplemental IT partner to departments lacking dedicated support.
• Participate in planning and meetings to understand upcoming system needs.
• Investigate system issues and determine root causes.
• Troubleshoot applications, automations, data, and processes.
• Balance competing priorities and maintain follow-through.
• Build repeatable solutions that can be transferred to dedicated specialists.
