Job summary

UNT Health Fort Worth is seeking a Joint Project Manager to coordinate cross-institutional research and education initiatives between UNT Denton and UNT Health. You will liaise with faculty, researchers, and leadership to identify shared interests and move ideas toward implementation.

Responsibilities include planning joint grant proposals, supporting research teams, and tracking collaborations with clear metrics, reports, and updates for institutional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years related experience, or equivalent.
• Understanding of project management concepts and processes.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and solve problems using data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-institutional collaborations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for UNT Denton/UNT Health initiatives.
• Coordinate joint grant development activities and timelines.
• Identify and foster cross-institutional research opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate joint research events and workshops.
• Manage collaborative projects and track milestones.
• Develop centralized tracking and evaluation systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
