Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience developing and implementing process improvements.
• Minimum two years of construction or operations experience in gas distribution or related field.
• Knowledge of cross-bore impingement discovery, remediation, prevention practices, and program administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional communication and coordination among Construction Operations, contractors, Construction Services, DIMP, Asset Protection, and other internal stakeholders.
• Partner with the Contracts Program Manager to establish and maintain supplier and contractor support agreements needed for the Cross Bore program, including sewer camera and cleaning services.
• Oversee internal and contractor performance to help ensure established standards, procedures, and program requirements are consistently met.
• Manage program execution to align with approved budgets, schedules, quality expectations, and compliance standards.
• Support the interpretation, application, and implementation of applicable federal, state, and local codes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide directions to contractors and team members regarding program requirements, priorities, process changes, and remediation activities.
