Qualifications

• 8 years of industrial or utility construction/operations experience.
• 2–3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP/PMI-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee active construction projects, interfacing with contractor management.
• Manage contract administration per Construction Agreements; handle change management and reporting.
• Track construction metrics, cash flows, schedules, and milestones; lead data reviews.
• Provide leadership across environmental management and safety practices.
• Review and approve project documentation, bid reviews, and flow interruption plans.
