Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA, PMI, PE preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including land, regulatory, engineering and construction to deliver large-scale programs on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage 10-year capital plan for assigned projects and programs.
• Provide detailed monthly variance analysis and program reforecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in contract negotiations and manage change orders.
