Job summary

The Southern Border & Cross-Border Solutions seeks a senior product leader to shape strategies for cross-border logistics excellence. You will partner with customers and internal teams to identify challenges and craft innovative, scalable solutions that enhance customer experience and revenue growth.

You will guide market analyses, build business cases, and drive multi-functional programs from concept to implementation, leveraging data to optimize outcomes and align with compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Product Management, Marketing, or a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience in cross-border logistics, international transportation, customs operations, trade compliance, or global supply chain management.
• Experience developing and executing product strategies that deliver measurable customer and business results.
• Proven project and program management experience leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills including business case development, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI measurement, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for cross-border logistics solutions.
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to identify challenges and develop innovative solutions.
• Apply customer-centered design to improve the customer experience and differentiation.
• Develop and support go-to-market, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customs, and Technology teams to deliver initiatives.
• Utilize analytics and data insights to identify trends and measure results.
